Steven Coady

Steven grew up in Camden, NY, and his path into real estate started long before he ever held a license. As a teenager, he would tag along with his older brother, marking lines and walking properties — learning the land, the process, and the people. He always knew he would find his way back to it.

Today, Steven brings that same hands-on curiosity to every transaction. His roots in the Camden area give him an intimate understanding of the region’s neighborhoods, rural stretches, and the communities that make Central New York worth calling home. Clients working with Steven get someone who genuinely knows the territory — not just from a map, but from years of being in it.

Outside of work, Steven is most at home outdoors. Come fall, you will find him in the woods, soaking in the season. That love of the land translates directly into how he approaches real estate: unhurried, attentive, and fully present for whatever the client needs.
