Erin has spent her life in Camden, and that shows in the way she connects with both the community and the people she works with. She loves the comfort that comes with small-town living, from knowing your neighbors to feeling supported by the place you call home. In 2025, she became the owner of Wilkes Real Estate and continues to carry the business forward with the same personal, community-minded approach that has long been part of its story.

Erin, along with Wilkes Real Estate, is a member of the Jefferson-Lewis Board of Realtors, NAR and NYSAR. She has had the honor of receiving several Top Producers Awards from the Jefferson-Lewis Board of Realtors.

She and her husband, Dave, raised their three children in the Village of Camden, and truly love the village life. Real estate has become a meaningful part of her life, and she loves helping families find the right place for their next chapter, whether that is a first home, a forever home, or something in between.
